Default Clock died on my 2013

When I bought my 2013 LS460 the clock never worked right. Ran fast about 5 hours every 3 days. Well it finally just stopped at 3 o'clock. Won't move and any adjustments to change time won't move the arms.
So my questions are where can I find a used clock or someone to repair this one if that' s possible.
The other is how do I get it out? I assume remove the panel with the two vents?
Any help would be great.
