I've confirmed the Battery is good. Issue is the car doesn't click or make any sounds when trying to start. Everything else is getting power, etc... Is this a starter issue or perhaps could this be fuse / relay or perhaps some other sensor? Thoughts before I spend $1200?

I am going through the same thing right now

 

I had similar issue on my 2007 a couple years ago. But I would hear a single click a few seconds after pushing Start button. You might have to open the door to hear the click as it comes from starter. I ended up needing a new starter. But First make sure battery terminals are clean and cables are tight. This can cause same issue.
