I have Lexus LS600h (2008) EU model. What do you think? Is it compatible for my car?

If we are talking compatibility, my 2014 came with 1 key... I still have one of my keys for my 2007 LS460L, can the 2007 key be used on the 2014 ?

I was thinking just to keep a spare and program it for my wife when she uses the car...
