The third light is a shell for infrared for cars with Advanced PCS as others mentioned.

BTW, I just learned that LED strip light above the glove box and below the wood trim in my LS is burned out. Many members have experienced this issue as well. You may want to check it out.

I am a fan of the black interior and love that combo you have. It will age well and not need the upkeep parchment/tan seats need to remove any seat crease marks/lines.

No, thats just a feature of the cars Lexus enform system. Infrared would be night vision, which basically doesnt exist in the US market.

ML stands for Mark Levinson audio. My guess is yours doesnt have it looking at the other options. There would be a Mark Levinson logo on the radio under the CD slot, and on the door speaker covers.

I've had my 2014 for a year now, and the only problem I've had is a pulsation when braking, I've heard Centric premium rotors and ceramic pads will fix that. Other than that, I love my rolling bank vault.
This is what I learned about the headlight washers by playing with them. First the washers only work when the headlights are on, if the headlights are on and you activate the windshield sprayer the headlight washers will activate the first time you spray the windshield. It appears that some time must pass before the headlight washers will activate again when using the windshield sprayer. When the headlights are on and you push the button on the dash the headlight washers will activate. Hope this helps.
