Sunroof auto close

Hi:everyone. My sunroofs auto close goes 80% closed then reverses. Manual close works fine in steps.

lube? Where?

what's auto close? lube where the gears run silicone lube only or some people say lithium grease but I am not sure about that just safer to use silicone for everything. btw what is the 2016 nav upgrade?
