Agreed. The 07-09 didn't offer bluetooth audio. I had to buy a cheap bluetooth adapter. Starting with the 2010 they did. I still contend if I had a 2011 instead of my 2008, I wouldn't have sold it to buy the 2014. With that said, I love my 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the ride, the ML system, the smell of leather, and the size of the vehicle.
Hate how they cheaped out on the interior, how they were/are massively behind the technology curve in terms of offered packages, and how the control arms wear out quite rapidly even compared to A8 and S550.

LS600h, but an LS nonetheless.
Love, in no particular order:
The hybrid powertrain; totally smooth yet muscular
LED dipped beams feel superior to any other lights I've had
Ride comfort
Comfortable seats
Cabin noise levels
Adaptive cruise control maintains a longer, more relaxed following distance than other cars I've driven
It looks adequately ok (coming from a Jaguar XK...)
Hate/dislike:
The iffy clock from whichever microwave it came off
Interior styling is ok but hasn't aged that well
Button layout is a bit weird
Halogen main beams, really?
No pause button
No "next random track" feature
Voice control is pretty poor
Trunk is really small
Trunk lid opens fairly slowly
Steering is a bit numb (we'll see if an alignment helps a bit)
Steering wheel is not heated all around the rim
All in all, the pros still outweigh the cons.
EDIT:
Adaptive cruise control actually works at walking speed, and will stop when the vehicle in front stops. Apparently this is a EU spec thing.
I've since installed a Yatour YT-M06 MP3 player, and unlike the CD changer, it seems to happily skip to next random track.

Interesting, I wonder why the half-wooden one isn't? There are plenty of Jags and Range Rovers with heated wood-trimmed steering wheels around. Moving hands from heated leather to cold wood while, say, parking, is pretty awful.

Love: Quiet and comfortable ride, ML stereo, NA v8 with 386horses on the tap to just to list a few. I actually like the clock. IMO it is elegant.

Hate: The 2013 non-ML radio and amplifier setup, I really miss my 2011 with ML. Can't replace it and can't pull the signal before the amp to replace the speakers and amp because no one makes any sort of amp integration harness for this specific setup, unlike other Lexus cars and the pre-2013 LS460.
Love: Everything else, enough power, smooth ride, comfortable seats, dependable, plenty of room even with the SWB model. I couldn't think of a better car to spend as much time as I do driving in.

I HATE that this is not a set it and forget it car like my previous 1991 ls400 years ago. Please hold the “compared to Mercedes” remarks. This is just my personal opinion.
The owner of this car must know it will cost around $1,000+ per year for maintenance items, after the 70,000 mile mark. This is not a car for a kid going through college or trying to ball on a budget. This is a car that will last 400,000+ miles with attentive car.

There is a TSB about the analog clock for 2013 models Not keeping time. Needs to be replaced
