Good afternoon Lexus Forum Family members..I am about to purchase my first Lexus, a 2007 LS460 L with executive package. I paid for a Motovise Pre-purchase Inspection on the vehicle. The mechanic reported the rear window shade in stuck in middle and will not move. He says the motor seems to be trying to raise or lower it. Has anyone experienced a solution for that? Another issue is the rear climate system blows air but not cold or hot. He stated it's in between. Anyone had these issues as well along with solutions? Thank You for any assistance you all may provide.

 

He said that there was a bushing that was worn and showed me a picture. I sent notes about actuator and carfax for many service records. He didn't mention that. Is there a way to check online with vin? When I checked it said no recalls. Would Lexus know if it was replaced?

 

I provided vin number to Lexus and they said all recall repairs were completed on vehicle.
