Default 2012 No Nav update since new.....

any graphical difference at all or just the latest POI's?
Trying to justify the expense or continue with Google.
So the question is, has anyone updated and said " Glad I spent $350 on this "

Or ..........I wish I would had spent that 350 on wine women or golf!

When using the nav do you find it often doesnt have newer roads or is missing addresses to places you try and go to?

How much longer are you planning on keeping the 2012?
The upgrade cost vs. benefit might actually be worth it for a
seven (7) year jump if you are going to use it for a couple
more years.

The actual upgrade is just POI and new roads, the appearance
of the screen/icons/voice will remain. Lots of threads already
on how to use Waze/Google apps and hear the commands over
Bluetooth. Set app voice to "play voice as Phone call"

Are you already using the native Lexus nav feature "Mark"?
No typing, no talking, just press Mark and create a spot. You
do not have to be there, just scroll around the map and Mark
the spot. You can then just "Go there" System will accommodate
up to 100 Marks, they can (should!) be given Custom Icons that
will show on map even at Maximum zoom out level.

I am going to keep the car for the foreseeable future, I thank you for your advice and the info on "Mark".
