Hi all,


So recently my 07 ls460 start throwing multiple lights. ABS, Brake light, brake malfunction etc. I know in many cases this can be a sign of a bad brake actuator or faulty abs sensor.


So at first a hooked up my basic obd2 scanner but no codes were displayed.

Then I pulled out my Actron reader and "Lost Communication with the Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module" was displayed.


Does anyone have any experience with this? Is a fix as simple as a new lateral acceleration sensor?

Thanks for the response. I tried that but the code came back the next day

I wonder if its the same as the Yaw sensor?? Either way Unless you have a working copy of Techstream and are savy with it looks like a trip to a lexus or maybe a toyota dealer.

I just ordered techstream online. Once in get it installed and running I'll post an update.
