Took mine a few weeks ago to start the warranty process. I’ve got a 2010 LS460. Called me yesterday and I took it in today. They replaced the dash, glove box, all 4 door panels, piece on back side of center console where the back center air vents are.. on each side of the Nav/radio. They said they still have a few more to do. The center console I think and maybe around the steering wheel?

not sure.. but it looks great so far! Much better. Surprised at how quick they got those parts.

Told to expect a long wait for parts to arrive.
I have a 2009 LS460L. The dealer ordered all the parts in November 2019. All parts except l/r door panel were replaced. The door panels came as a complete assy.
The glove box and door come as a complete assy as does the center console glove box. I hope this answers your question.

I'm in the market for a 2010-2012 LS, if I buy one used does anyone know if I'll have issues getting parts replaced? It sounds like this issue is inevitable and I hang on to cars for a long time. Any help is appreciated.

Just call your Local Lexus dealer and tell them you need the car inspected for the ZLZ extended warranty. Do it quickly, as it expires on March 31. 2021, or 10.years from the original start date regardless of mileage.

Thanks - that's exactly what I was looking for, sounds like I should to stick to a 2011 or newer to be safe.

Just to clarify...the Customer Support Program ZLZ says "This Customer Support Program will be offered for all covered vehicles regardless of mileage until March 31, 2021." I read that to mean that March 31, 2021 is the earliest the ZLZ expires for ANY covered car regardless of mileage, so even a 2007 LS460 would be covered until March 31, 2021. If you car is newer than March 31, 2011 you get a full 10 years after the date of first use regardless of miles, so coverage could be extended past March 31, 2021 in those circumstances.

Thanks - I think you're right. Do we have any idea what % of LS owners are experiencing this? I'm trying to decide how concerned I need to be given we're at the tail end of the warranty program.

I bought this car in November 2019. The previous owner (my mother) had the first round of sticky panels replaced and didn't even know there was a second round. At the time they just told her that recall only covered the doors and dash. When I bought it I looked on ClubLexus and someone had posted the pdf of the letter that went out in 2018 for a second round of replacements I believe. So I called the dealer and they said I could get the remaining panels replaced now. That was in January.
I got the remaining panels replaced yesterday. Pretty happy about this recall that transfers to other owners.
Next, today, I am replacing the belt tensioner.

It looks great! I'm waiting for the door panels, glovebox, dash and underdash myself.

Default my turn for ZLZ wish me luck!

Got my letter a few months ago, called the dealer today for an appt. 6/19. Fingers crossed for my obsidian 2009 LS460L, the process is that they will take pictures of interior parts that should be replaced and sent into Lexus corp for review and approval. Let me know if that is what others did, so I know what the benchmark is. So far it was easy they verify VIN# and either go no-go on qualifying to bring in for review. But will see if my opinion changes when I get the feedback on what or what not will be replaced. Hopefully all goes well though.

Got my car back today. Everything looks great except the panel under the push to start and the same panel on the other side of the control panel. It was my understanding that all of it would get replaced. Did anyone else have theirs replaced or is it not able to be?

All panels surrounding the push-to-start switch should have been replaced. The panel above the switch is the compete upper dash,
the panel below, is the lower dash.By the way I,m still waiting for the l/r door panel.
