Is there any information about the course thread screws? 10mm head, ~18mm washer made into the bottom of the head with lag screw threads. I looked on Fastenal and a couple others but they do not offer metric heads.

Anyone seen these around?

 

If you are referring to what Lexus calls "No 1 Engine Under Cover", there are 13 screws and 7 plastic clips. These screws and clips are commonly used on Toyota/Lexus cars, and they can be purchased at any Toyota or Lexus dealer parts counter. Or, if you are not in a hurry, you may purchase a pack of 25-50 pieces of 10mm screws (the washers are part of the screws) and plastic clips on eBay at a good price.
