Hello, I just bought a 2007 LS 460 and the steering is a little sloppy and not as responsive as I would like. The front control arms are original so I think they are due for replacement. My question is I have seen complete sets of eight ranging in price from $175 to $3000. I was hoping to get some with polyurethane bushings installed but I'm only finding them as sold separate. I don't want to buy poor quality but I also don't want to spend more than necessary. I plan to keep this car for a few years and am currently leaning towards buying Moog parts but would really like better bushings. Any advice would be appreciated.
I've been searching the web during the Superbowl, the Mevotech parts look like good quality for the money.

you live in the US if labour at US prices it is going to cost you as much to press out and press bushings and install it back on car, if you do it yourself different story Originally Posted by crocs430

replaced all 8 front control arms on my 2009 LS460 3 years (50k miles) ago, so far so good. ~$550 parts (rockauto & ebay) & $450 indy shop labor.

It looks like I'll go with the Mevotech Supreme's and save the old arms and when I have time put some of the polyurethane bushings in them for spares.
