Yaw rate sensor. Does it's go bad and would it affect shifting
In my07 460 when I make rt turns the trans seems to windout a bit before enguaging but when I make left turns there is no probs at all. Also I changed my oil recently and used 5w 20 synthetic . Since the I'm having shifting problems. I was reading that 0w20 would cure that problem. Is that true that motor oil would affect the transmission?

I Can confirm that doing Zero Point Calibration . Improved shifting when turning and gear engagement.

I'm thinking the fluid level also but how do you fill it? Or even check it for that matter. Also I can't find any info on doing a zero point calibration on the year make and model. Any info I could be directed to?

Using Techstream: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...echstream.html
I don't know if this is applicable to LS460; but Here is a thread on doing it manually: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc4...30-solved.html

I had gone to Lexus and they tell me that I need a replacement transmission and want to charge me 7400 dollars when I go to the Lexus owners site it shows me a bunch of fault codes a,c,d solenoids and a transmission pump. The service tech stated the trans pump not the report. But it wasn't a big problem until I got it back from the dealer for the 135000 maintenance.

I went to the Toyota Dealership to get a drain and refill today. I'm so pissed.
I dropped my car off at 8:47 Saturday morning to have my transmission serviced and I was told it would take about three hours. At 1pm, I called and asked, what's the status of my car? I was told, it's almost done. When I didn't get a call back, I called again at 3pm and was told, the mechanic was finishing up. At 3:30, I went to see what the hold up was and found out the car hadn't been started. Now I'm very upset. I found the service manager, Kevin Johnson and asked him what possible explanation could you have for this situation? Well, there was a mix up and we'll get right on it now. It's been 7 hours now and I am so frustrated with this Service Department. This is the second time they had my car and both times, they found a way to fail in every way possible. I just don't know how you people justify this type of customer service.
