When you get those part put in you will eventually lean on or brush against the frail tube at the top of the radiator and break it off. It has happened to many of use even with fair warning . You can wiggle it at your own risk to see if it is solid. It may be have been glued back on. If you plan on doing a lot of highway drive I would recommend spending $150 on a Denso radiator or you can spend under $100 on an aftermarket one which has worked out for many forum members. Once replaced going forward find or create a makeshift cover you can put over the tube every time you are reaching into the engine bay to do repairs.

FYI: Lexus used the radiator up to 2017 for the LS460. I wonder if they put some kind of shield around it for 2013+ LS460s
