Just got mine as well. Doors are showing signs in extreme heat but my dash is alright. I'll wait until next summer and bring it in on a really hot day - loving that we have this covered through 2021

Is there any information available which would indicate the criteria which Lexus is using to determine which vehicles the letters will be issued for?

Any panels that would be replaced need to be sticky

Is there an indication that Lexus is limiting this "invitation" for evaluation of the sticky/melting issue to owners who regularly service their cars at the Lexus dealer? This is not practical for me since the nearest Lexus dealer is located over 100 miles away. We do however, have running water, electricity, and cable tv/high speed internet

After inquiring by email thru the Lexus Driver's site, I received a reply confirming that my VIN # was included in the warranty enhancement program and that I would receive a letter within a few weeks. This indicates to me that everyone who potentially has this problem will be included in the program.
