I installed a tint sheet over my headlight cover on a 2008 LS460 lexus, i notice that my driver side low beam does not work in automatic mode, but when i turn the switch to on the light comes on, i was going to change the bulb, then i thought maybe i covered a sensor or something with the tint sheet that i in stalled on the headlight cover! thanks for your help!

 

If it is an older LS460 with OE bulbs, when one of the bulbs is on and off randomly, it is a typical sign of aging bulbs. It is time to replace the bulbs for both sides.
