Got it the shelf was held on by pressure from center console dvd player area. There is 4 screws located behind "headphones box" which you have to use a screw driver to pop open trap door to access in back.




Then you have to pop off the back of the console where it meets the "shelf" it is held on by 4 clips. There is two screws behind there.





Undue these two screws and the center console comes forward off back wall and releases the tension of the carpet shelf and you can pry up and access the suspension bolts.
