Default fuel filter

I couldn't find this in the search. Do we have to replace the fuel filter?

From what I've been able to dig up, it looks like there is a replaceable fuel pump strainer on the in tank fuel pump, but I don't see anyone ever talking about replacing it. I replaced something similar on other cars and it is pretty easy to do as long as you know how to depressurize the fuel line. However some cars make it very difficult to get the in tank parts out, I don't know the steps here. If you aren't having issues I probably wouldn't touch it
