2007 ls460l 128,000 miles, battery charged no lights on dash wont start. When jumping battery all light on dash light up but wont turn over. any suggestions?

 

Seems like the ignition is ON - that's why the dash lights come on when you connect the jumper. You will only be able to turn the ignition off while the jumper is connected, by depressing the START button, once. It is difficult to nearly impossible to charge the battery in place while the ignition is on. So, get the ignition off and then try charging the battery. If that doesn't work you will likely have to replace the battery. It's best to have the ignition off when changing the battery.
