Default Ride Height Sensor Linkage Arm / Rod

Hello All,

I have a 2009 LS 460 AWD, the linkage arm / rod on the ride height sensor is bad (the sensor is good) I need to purchase all 4 but I can’t seem to find it... I’d have to buy the entire assembly just for the arm/rod...

Do any of you guys know where I can purchase separately? Or if there is another car that has that exact arm/rod... I know lots of camrys or Avalon use the same parts as the 460...

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, you should visit this Lexus parts website and see whether the link rod can be purchased separately. Good luck!

Not sure if my advice will help you, but if the only thing wrong is the heim joint on the end is wore out (the part that pivots/swivels), then most likely you can just match that up with an aftermarket supplier like RBC Bearings. They do sell metric rod ends (page 27 of their online catalog). My drivers side has one heim that is getting loose and will likely just replace it as that is all that is wrong with it. Of course you have to have a bit of skill in determining which one is an exact fit based on thread pitch and bore diameter but this isnt too hard to figure out. Good Luck!
