I want to import a 2011 ls600hl from the United Kingdom to Kenya,however the car's speedometer (it has the digital instrument cluster) is in MPH. Will changing units under vehicle settings change the speedometer to KMH

If the cluster is fully digital, I am guessing it will. Hopefully one of the 600hL owners will confirm.
On a separate note, are you sure you want to import the hybrid? It would be easier to maintain and fix a 460L anywhere compared to the 600hL. Problems with the battery pack would be a major concern for me.
