Lease Deals?
Anyone getting great lease deals out there with the new model around the corner and December to Remember?
The Lexus site has it at like $850 per month with 4k down or something like that which I think is horrible.

The lease deals aren't that great, residuals took a HUGE dump last month, 43% on a 36 month/12k lease. Lots of incentives, but they don't overcome the poor residual.
I had them run payments on the same 2017 LS460L and the payment was the same in November as it was in August, despite the price of the car being $6,500 less in November, thats how big the residual hit was.
Lease payment on a $90k or so LS460L is about the same as a 740 BMW, which is the better car.

I am wondering, what, if anything this will do to the used car market for the current LS. As I have also noticed dealers are more willing to reduce pricing on new inventory, probably due to better incentives. The current LS is so long in the tooth, by today’s standards. Still a great car though.

The market will certainly take some sort of hit once the new one comes out.
