Default My LS is mean...

I was put in charge of transporting my coworkers on a 250 mile one way business trip. Because these guys refer to my car as "The Limo." We were to leave prior to the crack of down last Monday. We were meeting at one guy's house and going from there. His house is relatively new and the roads are not plotted yet, even on Waze. So he just told me how to get there for the last mile or so. But inevitably I didn't go straight to it.

I paused in his neighborhood for a moment trying to figure things out, when I realized I had passed his house. I decided to go on down to the cul-de-sac and come back. When I came back his house was very close to where I had previously paused. He told me he had came out of his house and was waving, but I couldn't see him because it was dark. He then said to me, "man that thing sounds MEAN." I never thought of it as mean sounding. He started asking me about the exhaust as we were waiting for the other guys. He asked me if it would fit on his Sequoia. The other guys started showing up before we could take a look up under there. But that's the first time I've heard that my car sounded mean. I think that comment means I have achieved the sound I was after. I'll take it! Not loud like a Mustang (should be), and not crappy loud like a dirt track car. But svelte, with a bit of attitude.

I had a similar comment from a US Customs agent when crossing into Washington state last year. Said something to the effect of, "that sounds like it's got some jam". I replied, "what....this old thing?" lol

Do you have 2 spacers on each exhaust or did you stick to one on each?

One on each. I wouldn't go two in my case. Perfect as is.
