Had my door panels replaced under "good will" last year and then recently noticed a sticky glove box door. Took it in last Sat and just got a call (Thurs.) that replacement has been approved and is on order. Dealer is JM Lexus, Margate, FL.

Great news. My 09 has extremely sticky doors and glove box. I paid $600 (50% of dealer cost) to replace the driver's door last year. Apparently the "good will" doesn't apply to the 2009 models here in Houston. Happy for you but very disappointed in Lexus.
