Default Question On Control Arms

Hello fellow CLites, long time reader but have not had many posts. I have a 2010 LS 460 AWD that I purchased a few months ago. I was doing the first oil change this weekend, thanks for the DIY writeups it made finding the oil filter so much easier with all the plastic on the underbody. Anyways I was checking the control arms and while they appear to be in good shape I know they will need replacing eventually. My question is when I looked at all the sites like rockauto, amazon, ebay and a few others the only parts I could find were for RWD, I wanted to know are these parts interchangable with the AWD model or am I stuck with Lexus OEM parts. Any responses will be appreciated please and thanks!

Try looking up parts here. http://www.*******.com/parts/q_U_201...~460L_all.html
I use it for my 4runner and GS300 all the time.
The VIN reference is kinda confusing...
