I wouldn't even be near AZ to enjoy the free doughnuts lol hope these control arms last another 100k, I'll install this weekend (hope it's no big deal).

Any benefits in changing the whole arms rather than just the bushings? I'm going to get this issue solved on my LS but still debating on buying the complete arms or just the bushings.

In a way, yes. In my case it was almost the same price to replace the entire arm, because the labor to press in new bushings makes up for some of the cost of an entire arm with the bushing already in place.

Also, in conjunction with what Chris said, when you change the entire arm, you don't risk the chance of re-installing an arm with a possibly compromised ball joint (if you remove the arm, press out old bushing, press in new bushings then re-install). Its been discussed many times here, but the procedure to remove the ball joint can serve to be a difficult one and can require banging it with a mallet/hammer to knock it loose.
