Wheel spaces on stock 18's

Wheel spaces on stock 18's
Hi All,
I tried doing a search on wheel spaces on the LS460. Currently I have the stock 18's, looking at lowering my LS460 but I do not like that sunken look where the wheel is tucked in the wheel well. Has anyone added wheel spacers and if so how many mm? Please post pics, thank you in advance.
