Hello everyone

I have a lexus ls 460 2007 RHD. I recently bought it and i just got warning lights, CEL,VSC,TRC. I use an OBD scanner and here is what comes up.
How should i procceed? We don't have lexus dealer back home so i am afraid it might not be the problem.
