LS460 weak suspension on bumpy road
That illustrates the point, my 04 430 was 30 if I remember correctly. It's exactly the same car as your 06, so why the change?
As for tires I'm very happy with the Pirelli Cinturato P7 Plus on mine, but again I still find it rides better on lower pressure.

The V, W, etc is speed rating. The higher the speed rating the beefier the sidewalls which is going to reduce ride quality, not improve it. That's why you want to stick with V rated tires.
FYI the Latitude and Premier LTX tires are SUV tires, you don't want those. The Turanza EL42 are the OEM 18s on the LS, they're terrible, I replaced those with the Pirellis. The Primacy MXM4 are fine tires, I've had them but they're old and expensive. The Turanza Serenity would be an option but I would not because of the speed rating in our size.
Check out TireRacks reviews and surveys and ratings. Makes it pretty clear.

I am picky. Other people don’t notice it, but I notice My LS430 has occasionally “goo-loo” sound and dealer said the shock absorber needs to be replaced. My LS460 doesn’t have “goo-loo” sound.
When LS460 hits pothole, it almost feel no tire on the rim and the car direct hit on the rim. So instead of lowing tire pressure, I almost want to increase the tire pressure from PSI 33.
When my LS460 hits V shape surface, it feels like the suspension prematurely take the maximum hit and make “thumb” sound.
Hope my new tire will address both issues.

You don't want to increase the tire pressure. The higher the pressure, the harder the ride. Trust me, try it. What do you have to loose? Want more proof, check out the tire pressure thread in the ES forum. 4-5 people there reduced their pressure to 30 and all report softer rides.
If your 430 needs struts it may be also that it rides softer than it should. If you replaced the struts in the 430 it might ride a little harder too.
I bought my 06 LS430 in MN 2011 with 5 years extended platium warranty, I went to test 8 pre owned 05-06 LS430, only one has the silky smooth drive.
I bought my 2011 LS460 in Toronto Canada, again, 5 out of 6 2010-2011 LS460 don't drive very nice.
