This is a picture I took a while back for the "Pic of your LS right now" thread. If you look up at the top of the hood you can kind of see where the wipers sit.
Here's the better picture of mine. Looks the same as the 07 posted above. I don't have an issue with how they look, short of having them motorized pulling down under the cowl like they did on my dad's old Lincoln and Cadillac This is about as low as wipers are gonna get.
My BMW 7 had a similar hoodline to my LS and it still hid the wipers better. There's enough room for them to come down at least another inch or more, but for some reason it can't be done. It just does'nt look right and appears that one turned off the ignition before the wipers finished their sweep. Which leads me to another beef about the LS......why did'nt Lexus have the feature that even a Dodge Caravan has, where even after turning the ignition off, the wipers go to the "home" position? First world problems, I know.....lol

LOL
I don't wish to hijack, but before I do I will say that my LS wipers are in the same exact position.
Funny because before this thread even evolved, I thought the wipers sat pretty low, but do feel that they "could" be tucked a bit more for a sleeker, bit more refined appearance.
On to my gripe(s)
Member swfl recently started a thread about disabling the feature where the drivers seat goes to "auto away" position once the car is turned off. Another member then wanted to know how he could turn it "ON" in his 09, but apparently it wasn't an option until '10.
My old '05 Denali had this feature...why not a world class vehicle such as the LS?
Also, (and this is very picky), I really don't like how when the tire pressure come up in the LS, there isn't a notation showing which psi relates to which tire.
In my old truck (again), it would specifically tell you the tire location and what its current psi was.
I kinda also think it would have been nice for the '07/'08 to have BT audio, as it has BT/hands free phone capability...didn't quite get that..
But as RF clearly stated: 1st world problems!
