Looking to buy a Lexus LS460, Are there any major differences in the 2007 model and the 2012 model?

While externally there may not be a lot of differences, you are talking about the first model year of a vehicle vs the last. Most of the issues that have effected the 2007 are no longer present in the 2012.

There are minor design changes . Fog lights rear lights and the nose .

I prefer the 07-09 design. I think it's cleaner design. Especially the rear of the car.

 

The 2010-2012 have some differences. For instance, you have bluetooth audio, you have USB input, you have turn signals on your side mirrors, the front grill is different, lights are different, different nav, moved the sat button . . . . .
