Dealers and most any shop will only replace with a new retail price part. They don't fix worn or broken parts. The labor rates for dealers is usually the highest rate around. It the "circle of life" in the car repair world. nothing new or devious, they have lots of overhead costs.

my second question is where to get the bushings please? could you please provide the link from ebay?

I bought new OEM blower with latest part number and it failed after 1 year . So aftermarket is good option since new OEM failed after one year . To be clear the blower still functions but has some vibrations and slow speeds ..
