I got a response from Lexus Corp. My dash is indeed eligible for the dash replacement warranty.
But getting them from Lexus in Japan it is slow going. Said to talk to local dealer and get on a list and wait.
Think that was mentioned here on the this site before.
I will probably contact them and wait. Who knows maybe i will get lucky.

I guess I'm just a bit sour with my LS. At 55-60k miles I've replaced a starter, a radiator, an alternator, the dash/center console is sticky/cracked, and also control arm bushings.
In reference, none of my other Lexus vehicles had such issues with 2 of the SC's being over 200k miles and 1 over 300k and much older.

Cracked bezel
I had 2 cracks, one above each vent, when I bought my 2010 LS in 2013. I didn't notice it, then when I did the dealer told me $13,000 to fix (replacement of the radio/nav package.
I try to ignore it but, truthfully, it aggravates me every day.

I'm sure the trim is separate on the 2010 too. Just the dealer being ridiculous.

The nav module is $13,000. The bezel is a separate piece. Park Place doesn't list a price for it but you can find it somewhere.
