I have uploaded my contacts successfully a few times. Even created a few voice tags for some of my frequent contacts. Recently, my LS keeps dropping all my contacts. It goes from having 100% of my contacts to zero....like there's been a reboot, deletion....almost like the battery/power has been cut. However, the battery appears to be fine.

Does anyone know anything about this and how to fix it?

Please pair another phone and see if the car loses those contacts as well. That way you can determine whether it's the car that is having the issue or the phone. It might very well be your phone. Have you updated the software on the phone recently?
