The instructions illustrate the parts they sent and describes the way they go together; that's it. There is no context, the parts could be the warp drive to a next gen spaceship, for all they tell you. No mention of a seat, or an automobile or how to get access to it, etc. We're on our own, there. I plan to follow a youtube video which illustrates that part of the repair process if I remember correctly.

 

Does anyone have any recent connections with Schukra about the Lumbar Adjuster issue. Mine is broken and I wanted to connect with them. The 2 contacts (Scott and Siyang) aren't with the company anymore. Tried calling customer service (left messages) and the operator (we don't deal with individuals) but no replies. Thanks, Jeff

 

Quick update. Jim from Schukra just called me 5 minutes after my last post. He will send me the part but I just have to provide the shipping cost. What a great company and confirming that they will still provide support to us.
