I have a 08' 460 L that I clipped the front end of my Explorer while backing out and busted the RR tail light. Looks like replacing with the LED Tail Lights would be cheaper and look better too! The 460 and 460 L are the exact same lights...correct?
Just tried to order a set of red, everyone I tried has them on backorder till mid Dec. Smoke is avail. but I want Red.... anyone know of a set anywhere??

There's a set on EBay, just search ls460 led tail lights. I believe there's one left in stock. Sorry doesn't allow me to link with my phone for some reason.

Saw those $330+$400 shipping.....I'll wait... Lol...
Ordered a set of smoked tails......love them so far. Great bang for the buck!
If you like the smoked look, they're always available at a good price, plentiful and easy to get. Personally, I'm not a fan of them. Post a pic if you can.
Have anyone have problem with your tail lights? I'm talking about just the brake lights itself, all the other section of the led tailights works except for the brake light. When I step on my brakes my lights most of the time won't come on and other times when I step on my brakes not all of my lights up and are real dim and flickering. But on my passenger side every light works as it suppose to. Have anyone try to replace the led and taken the lense cover off? I want to know cause I want to replace the individual led that doesn't work. I really don't want to purchase another set. I do have resistors on my tail light in case anyone is wondering. Any help would be appreciated.
Could it be just some of the wires is not connected well where it's soldered on? Or just the led is dying or burnt out.
No problems here and mine were "plug n' play"....no resistors required (other than what the kit came with). Yours should have been the same. Did you buy Avest? Did yours perhaps leak water into them?

Mine are plug n play also, came with resistors. I think mine are spec d and no leaks or any sign of moisture inside. Wondering if it's easy to replace the individual led or if it can be replaced.
Does anyone know if they ever made these for 2011 and 2012 models, want to get rid of my stock tails with the amber overlay. Did a few searches but was not able to come up with anything. Thanks in advance.
Just ordered an Avest set from japan . I was wondering after seeing the specD install video they did not use any gaskets . Is it mandatory or optional to use the included gaskets. The set that i ordered have sequential yellow turn signal .
