As of 6/19/2015 The genuine Lexus flaps are currently available on Ebay. They are already painted and cost $378 + $52 shipping from Japan. Possible US customs fee as well per Ebay seller. Quite a bit less than when this thread first started!! As best I can tell the customs fees are two, 8% and 5% is 30.24 + 18.90 = 49.14 total. Has anyone tried the black molded rubber ones for $39 on Ebay? They look like the same design as the super sharp looking painted OEMs.
Some of the holes line up. For elsewhere there are clips that go on the fender edge to that accept a screw. I still have a screw each in the rears that I didn't secure yet. Looks like I'll have to remove the tire and drill, at least through the thin fender liner.

Hi folks,
Resurrecting an old thread here. I would very much like to install mud guards before the winter. The OEM originals in body color look awesome, but cost over $650 with shipping The aftermarket cheap ones come only in black: this one on Ali Baba and I am sure others on eBay. http://www.aliexpress.com/item/OEM-N...8.4.165.bEx0c4
I would like your thoughts on whether the black cheap ones would look OK on an Obsidian body. The price difference is tremendously tempting. And after all, I know most of you on CL do appreciate a good bargain! Thanks!
