Mine is 4 years old and the voltage is down to 12.3. I tried recharging it but it wouldn't sustain the 12.6 voltage recharge. So, with winter coming, I looked at the Optima red top and this one, which I ended up liking better for many reasons.

Thanks for this info. The "48 month free replacement" makes this battery a potentially attractive option if it is price competitive.
