where did u get the grill from?.. and looking at it i'd try doing white around the grill and leaving the center chrome..
and maybe black on the roof spoiler? but the car looks HOT!!!!
I got the grill from a company on EBay called JDM (or something like that). If you go into a search in EBay and key in "markless ls460 grill" it will come up. They have alot of parts for high end cars. It only comes with the inner grill and you would need to retain the frame part from your OEM grill. I think I am going to paint the inner part white eventually. The only thing that irks me a little bit about that grill is it looks a little like a Chrysler 200C grill LOL.
where did you source the chrome vinyl wrap? looks good btw
From a company on EBay...its called Avery Chrome Conform. Its the best chrome wrap out there. It stretches a little which allows you to wrap it over curves, turns, etc. It also has a nice shine to it. A chrome wrap is never gonna have the shine that actual chrome has but it comes the closest. Its def alot more pricey than other wraps but its worth it.
Yeah I been looking for them mirrors for a minute but no deals. I like the grill as well.
Thank You Lextrician ! Just keep looking on Ebay for the mirrors. And you have to use different search phrases as not all sellers title it the same way when listing. My mechanic only charged me $175 to install both mirrors by the way. So my total investment was less than 900 total for both. I like the grill sometimes but other times I am flaky about it. I think once I paint the inner part white I will feel better about it. I have to make sure my paint guy feels good about doing it. Its not easy painting over chrome.
Nice car. Although I might do some things differently the only real criticism I have is it needs to be dropped. Your choices of mods flow well together though. Love it when people have a theme and stick with it despite what others think.
The fenders are Wald fenders I bought from a company called Jonari. The light within the fenders is special order and is mainly for LS460s overseas. I also replaced the regular bulbs in there with a brite white with a subtle blue tint LED to match the headlights, fogs, etc.
