LS460 , 19" Rims ?
A Club Lexus vendor, Sewell Lexus of Dallas gives a substantial discount to forum members. They have the OEM wheels you are talking about in stock. They are 450 a piece new, or 245 a piece for take-offs which at one point were installed, but never used (probably removed at the port) so they can't sell them as new.
I have ordered from them several times, including wheels and it's a very easy process.
I'd avoid eBay. Who knows what you're getting? The website is SewellParts.com

You have to click on the chrome five spoke 19" wheel and then once on the page you can click on the silver take offs to see the price which is $246.50 each although maybe they don't have any in stock.
See if this link works.

Were three of them in perfect shape or were there small issues that make them in good shape? Also, what was the issue with the one wheel that wasn't in good shape?
They weren't all perfect , but certainly were not in bad shape. One of the wheels had a box rash on it. ,and am in the process of getting a replacement for it. I am quite happy to have them .
good luck on CL...I recommend posting each up individually on EBay..folks always looking for a replacement wheel but not always a set. I also think the older SC model owners likes these 18s..I have seen them on a few. I think they are using a bolt pattern adapter..not sure.
