Winter Mode Wiper Blades

How do you put the wiper blades in winter mode? I was trying to just pull up on them like my previous Lexus' but it doesn't seem to lock into the winter mode position.

I don't believe the LS has this feature like other Lex's
.
Can you quick tap the mist lever to trick it and get them higher on the glass?
