I was thinking the same thing, LS or new GS. I am hoping to test drive the new GS this weekend just to see if it is worth it. The LS soft ride took some getting used to and I am sure if the new GS was around when I bought the LS I would have picked the GS. However, now that I am used to the soft ride, I don't know if I will like the harsher/sporty ride of the GS.

As for the comparison of the GS to the 5 series BMW, I have read that the GS drives as well or better than the current competition and is a much better driver's car than the old GS.
