Default Anyone share deal details for LS460 '12

Just came from a dealer. Price looks good, like something $6K off MSRP, but is it really bottom? Do you guys get better deals? Generally I didn't want LS, the car looks outdated comparing European or American counterparts, but price can make difference, since Lexus is still good.

Can somebody also share story like looked for Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac or Jaguar but got Lexus?

Another question how frequently LS460 should be serviced? I am coming from European cars where service required just once a year. Dealer couldn't answer the question, so maybe someone who read manual can tell?

I recently purchased a 2008 460L and looks like oil was serviced every 5k according to its record. If I may share - oil capacity on these sweeties runs at 9 qts . and I am only on chapter 35 in the owner manual

personally i think price is small part to a decision, if you are going to compare a ls to bimmer then u need identify what u want. as far as handling i think the bimmer will be better but maintenance, relaibility, comfort will lean on the lexus side, if u can wait til the new model drops and go from there.

Just purchased a 2012 LS 460 L. MSRP was $83,376.00, my cash price was $78,646.00. I got about 3k more for my trade than it was worth so I probably got about 6K total off the sticker.

Your deal seems like a good one.

Try to shoot for 8 to 10% OFF of MSRP. I am sure it is year end and deals can be had. I think LS has the highest markup (Invoice vs. MSRP).

Good luck.

If you are buying a 2011 there is a additional 3000 dealer cash you can probally negotiate . If you are in So Ca i can refer you to a dealer .
