WALD Side skirt question

I have the WALD side skirts on order and does anybody know if they simply cover the existing side skirts? I've seen pictures and it looks like they do. If they don't, does anyone know if removing the factory side skirts is as simple as unscrewing the ends of the skirts and pulling them off?

they're just covers...

and it's not THAT simple... i think there's tabs running down the whole skirt

i haven't done my LS but my IS F is done that way
