I'm running same as you for the front. For the rears I have 285/25/22. I had to cut the rear fender a little due to rubbing.

I am running a 295/25/22 in the rear. If you are rubbing with a 285/25/22 then I will have some issues( assuming similar offsets )

mizu20 was rubbing with a 285/25/22. How are you doing with the 295/25/22 in the rear. We both have Vossens so our offsets should be the same. I know you were saying that you are not driving the car right now because of the weather

I was rubbing right when I lowered my car in the rear before the springs even got a chance to settle. My wheels are VIP Modular so offset will be different than yours. VIP Modular has propietary offsets so I have no idea what the offset is, but basically the wheels stance right even with the fender. Hope that helps...

He has a different wheel offset, there is no chance of me rubbing.

I wouldn't tackle it unless you have done some suspension work in the past and feel comfortable doing it, it would look great with the factory 18's. My 1st picture on the 1st page was with the springs and 18's. I would try to have someone do it that has worked on 460's before.

I would only have the work done at a shop or at the dealership. I am still pretty happy with the way it looks at stock height. I still find myself excited every time I walk up to the car

The springs are around $400. Install price depends on where you live and where you go. In AZ at a dealership they will charge $500 for install and $150 for alignment. A local shop would charge about 450 for the same work. I like the dealership a little more because I get a loaner and I know the techs are pros at working on my car. In the end I have done both in the past but just love the idea of that loaner car I can just jump in and drive away. I had coils done on my GS and the guy didnt finish the work so I had to rent a car to get home. That was annoying as hell
