Can I listen to local radio stations on satellite radio?
I don't understand radio waves and frequencies.
The US Lex comes with odd radio frequencies while local radio stations are broadcast over even frequencies. Is there any way to program/modify/convince the satellite radio on the LS460 to capture local radio stations given the fact that I don't have satellite coverage in my region?

Not unless they're simulcast ..satellite radio is digital and encrypted for the most part, and uses a different frequencies than US (or any) MW/FM .... You should be able to manually tune the stations in and save as presets..unless you're in Japan, where the FM band has a different range ... But, honestly I've never had reason to attempt to tune in an overseas FM station in the US
