BEST So. CA Dealer for a DEAL????
The lease is up on my '08 LS460L, so I am shopping for another. I am in Orange County, CA and will travel 100 miles for the right deal. I know Longo is pretty competitive and so is Vista. Any other ideas? Dealers who will REALLY cut a GREAT deal? Any pointers? Do you have a sales person's name? Thanks.

I bought mine from DCH Lexus of Oxnard and their Sales Rep Franscisco and Armen the Financial "Crunch" Manager have always taken care of me and the people that we have referred! Call them and let them know that Miguel who just bought the Silver & Black LS 460L referred you and they will do more than go out of their way to make a deal! Upfront, not a back and forth type place! They sold me my GS and my brother his IS and we have always loved their customer service and the way they go out of their way to help us out! They know how to keep us coming back! 805-988-8500

I visited every dealer from Longo, to Glendale to Vista and Newport... all seemed to be ok but the guy that stuck out for me was Donnie Sizemore at Crown in Ontario, he really went out of is way to get me into my last two Lexus vehicles and is the person that a year later made sure I was set up and scheduled to get my valve springs replaced. He continues to amaze me with his level of service, always has a loaner ready, private office if I need to get work done etc, just excellent. No pressure kind of guy, he will give you the best deal he can on what he has in stock or will work on getting one from somewhere else. You can just mention CMasten to him and with or without the referral will take good care of you

Out of curiosity, have you looked into buying your current '08 and if you did but decided not to go that route, what didn't work for you?
Btw, I'm in south Orange County and second the negative referral for Tustin and Newport Beach . Have yet to hear anything good about either (especially Tustin new car sales) except the beautiful waiting facilities at Newport Beach which just like the incredible hotels in Las Vegas, are paid for by you and I, not just good will on their part. Park Place in Mission Viejo gets better but still mixed sales reviews and have worked w/ us (to a degree) on service/parts charges but only after asking for a break ...

My car was loaded, with every option except the executive seating pkg. The MSRP was $87K. It has 44K miles and the pay off is $46K and if I want to purchase an extended warranty, I have that expense. I like new cars, what can I say? Now, if I get a new one, I will get the same model, without the current "rear seat upgrade package," which will bring the MSRP down to just under $80K and will give me much more trunk space. Since I rarely take
passengers in the back seat, this is a win-win.
I would agree: I have had over 50, brand new cars in my lifetime. I have owned or leased 7 new LS's since 1993 and a new SC430. I had the ALL TIME, NOTHING COMES CLOSE, WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, AT NEWPORT LEXUS! They flat out lied to me and since I took delivery in '08, I have never set foot back in that showroom. The only reason I did the deal and didn't walk out back then, is that they had the only car like mine in the entire region, my lease was up and they had me over a barrel. I get all my servicing done at Westminster, where they treat me like royalty--as a Lexus customer should be.

I just bought my GS450h at Jim Falks Lexus of Beverly Hills and the Internet sales was Andrew Einhorn. They offered me the lowest price in all of Socal and he offered great service. You can say that Philip referred you.
