So the one I had before had a tube and it plugged in or was inserted in somewhere. Does the LS have a place for it to tap into or do I spray it into somewhere?

I didn't find an LS specific video on youtube

*******READ INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS ON CAN BEFORE STARTING*******
Open the glove box and remove the cabin filter (see owners manual)
Spray the FOAMING cleaner into the duct box at 10 second bursts then run fan on high for 30 seconds then repeat (fan off-spray-fan on) until the can is empty then run fan on high for 15 minutes. This "treatment" should clean the evap and ductwork of all stanky build up.
Install a new cabin filter and you are done.
