Auditory Sabotage
No, i dont want to keep the stock look. im thinkin about buying an aftermarket HU with mp3 player connection because most of my music is on my itouch. when i get my new HU i am goin to sell off the pioneer 6 disk changer because im sure it won't work with the aftermarket HU. i found a pioneer HU for the right price and features that i want and i also plan on getting the front door speakers upgraded to new pioneers because the old ones sound worn out. this is it for now since i dont have much $$ left.i hope after upgrading all these parts i can get my car to play some decent music.

I remember the days of a tricked sound system. What brand is the HU?
Its a pioner hu.
Ok so today im driving home from school i plug in my itouch to stock hu via cassette adapter and the speakers sound pretty good. Then i decide to try the disk changer and no ticking noise. Then i tried the radio and no ticks there either. It seems lik the only time it ticks is when the disk changer is being used. Its like at random sometimes it ticks sometime it doesnt. So i go on playing my music via cassette adapter and the songs sound pretty good but when i switch to a rapcd in the changer the bass sounds awful.
I'm so clueless now as to what is going on with the system in my car. Can anyone shed some light to as what may be wrong?
