Advice re 2007 LS purchase
Looking at a 2007 LS460 with 31K miles for $48K at dealer.
Navigation, Mark Levinson, DVD, bluetooth, comfort package, preferred accessory package, parking guidance system.
Clean Carfax.
Close to Kelley Blue Book.
Appreciate any thoughts on price.
Thanks.

IMO you could do better, maybe extend your search to far away Lexus dealers (it's worth to take a small trip to pick up a car like that) and/or check fleabay as a reference, for example this '07 with 21k is at $45k
Well, it could make a difference. Some people who lease don't necessarily take as good care of a vehicle as owners.
You need to carefully check the maintenance records. Inspect the brake pads, tires and transmission for signs of excessive wear. Make sure all all buttons/levers/switiches operate smoothly (I realized they're covered under warranty, but they can be signs of abuse). Also check for body damage (not that the car was in an accident, but a lot of parking lot dings may have been superficially repaired).
But then, I'd do all that if I was buying any used car regardless of whether it was leased!
